She's already lost yer father, her mother, and one sister-twice.

She's in danger of losing Waverly every day.

She's terrified that if she puts it out into the universe that she loves him, she'll paint a target on his back and lose him, too.

Part of her foolishness is how loudly she denies it.

Does he know she loves him?

They have some hard heads.

They both seem to have an over abundance of foolishness.

He can be a real gentleman, and he has no idea how it wins her heart, truthfully.
Why is she such a coward?
She can face demons and any other manner of supernatural being, but she can't tell this man just how much she loves him.
Why is she so terrified of being honest with him?

Tilting her head, she gives him a long look and finally, a slow smile.

"Fancy a night out under the stars with me?"

Is she? Is she really? She couldn't see what was happening with Willa or Waverly. She was too wrapped up in her own....whatever.
But she'd tried. Damn, she'd tried so hard.

Knowing she can let her guard down with him, Wynonna lifts her shoulders.

"Honestly, Doc, I want to stop losing."
