I’m so deeply hurt.
I was lied to in every way imaginable, as was everyone else. I don’t know why they lied, we were friends, we were on good terms. Yet they still chose to lie to me. They chose to lie every day for so long.
“You say I have nothing? No piece? I have friends who love me with all their heart. I have a home where I’m kept safe like their most prized treasure. I live and laugh, I love and weep. I am a person, and the Straw hats treat me like one. Are YOU a person to the government? Or just a tool?”
“You know, it’s pretty ironic that you think I have nothing important in life, when you’re just a little doggy for the government to go fetch what they want~

“Yes!! Onwards my noble steed!” Giggling, she hugged his neck and snuggled close.

“I say we do it anyways!”
She squealed softly, blushing at how close she was held. Humming happily, she nuzzled into him.
“At this point we might as well just lay in bed and snuggle.”
Chuckles and presses a soft kiss to his neck.

She melted as she was held close, as she was kissed so sweetly, and she hugged his waist.
“Then just keep being you.. and keep holding me like this. I love being with you, I love every moment I get to spend with you.”
Oh she loved his pretty laugh, it made her heart so happy.
Holding him close, she rested her cheek against his chest.
“I’m just happy to be with you, that’s all. You make me happy, you make everything better Sanji.“
“I think I remember you being the sous chef of the Baratie, son of the great Pirate Zeff~?” Laughing at his silliness, she kissed him again and again.
“I love you my silly cook, my sweet Sanji.” 🧡🧡🧡
But she couldn’t.
So she held him close, silently promising to keep him safe from now on.
She nuzzled him softly, wishing she could take away all his pain, all his heartache. She wished she could turn back time, to stop herself from following him in Zou, from being used against him. She wished she could save him for what had been done to him.
At some point, she’d pulled the sobbing chef into her lap, holding him tight to her and gently swaying them back and forth. She knew he needed to cry, so she didn’t try to speak anymore, just closing her eyes and rubbing his back, holding him close.
