And the winner gets to throw pies at the person who egged them on, saying, "People would pay to have a collection like yours!"

A simpler version would be, "Don't press any buttons until I'm done talking, okay?"
America is facing a very different future.
Every time I call a business, the pre-recorded voice says, "Listen carefully. All of our options have changed!"
I'm tired of the voice-mail saying "Please leave a BRIEF message."
I think I have crafted the perfect reply:
"I have completed my novel manuscript. It's only 900 pages. Ready? CHAPTER ONE."
First snow of the season here. No accumulation. Just a dusting of powdered sugar.
Resist the crabby crabs who want to grouse about the news.
"Just wait til the snow's up to your waist!" they'll warn. "No fun then!"
Ignore them. Beauty and magic are free for the taking.
"Wait a minute. Does that bonus hour get subtracted from my nap time?"

I believe Zombie Godzilla is employed by the current Trump administration.

I always thought of Frankenstein as a quilt that came to life!
Thank you for the heart-melting photo.
Questions:
1. How is your dog artistic?
2. How is your dog FUNNY?
More than fine art. That's a great tribute to an underrrated STAR!

Now, more than ever!
Great art, of course.
But I admire that infinite imagination of yours, too!
Lucky sons. My Mom was a closet Republican her whole life!

I liked that movie, too. I thought Nixon was a creep, then and now. But the character of David Frost had style in drawing out the man Democrats nicknamed "Tricky Dick."
I am so tired of the used-to-death phrase "Pick your brain" as slang for asking questions (for free).
This is what I think of the e-mail request belonging to EYEGOR from the 1974 movie.
You have my permission to watch it again. Blame Halloween on the diversion.
I love that art for another reason, Artist Lady:
I relate well to fellow left-handers, be they real or imagined!
I always feel sad when someone says, "I don't care" or "It doesn't matter."

In other words: That was THEN. This is NOW.
It's them, not YOU.
I like the message in that well-timed illustration. Brava!
You have the perfect take on what an "I'm sorry" addiction can create.
Write that book, please!
Just because you witness the same thing happening weekly (such as the kind store sample lady or the attentive teen bagger) don't minimize those happenings.
These repeated blessings may be gifts that no other person has ever summed up before.
Thank you. The metaphor is mine. In either identity, the same maximum effort is clear.

I would go so far as to say occasional hand gestures. Not a "stop sign" signal, but a visual clue that you've thought of something worth value.
I am grateful when someone pauses in conversation.
I know they are choosing their best words, and have given thought to the type of reply they're making!
How wise you are!
I learned in junior high school from a counselor, "Don't sweat the silence."
Translated, he meant that pauses can be to your benefit.
I have found others who'll interrupt before I've said one sentence. "On second thought, let's do it your way." No debating needed!
I loved this at my local grocery store.
The manager taking students seriously.
Giving them a taste of the real world.
Who gave you your first big chance as a teen?
