I saw this and immediately went to fill it out.

It is a blender, regurgitating fruits to create something “new.” Maybe, when it is reshaped, it looks like a fruit—maybe it even looks good. Maybe it tastes good, too. But there’s something wrong about its shape. Something bitter about its aftertaste. Because the blender is made of blood, powered by the life of the world around it. Because the fruit that went into it—the fruit of the trees in the sprawling orchards, the fruit of the single tree in the home garden—had been stolen from their original vendors. It did not consider where to plant the tree, or when to water it, or how to nurture it and the lands around it. All the blender does is mix them all together, uninterested in where the parts came from, to present a “fruit.” Yet, these “fruits” are everywhere. After all, why wait for harvest, when a “fruit” is good enough and can be consumed immediately? Do they notice the real fruit vendors dwindling, as “fruits” replace them? Do they notice the earth crying out, as its resources are stolen and its inhabitants suffer? Do they care? I notice. I care. To me, the blender is a poison, administered by those who believe they have nothing to fear, nothing to lose; those who care only for themselves, without sparing a second’s thought to who they hurt. And while I stand against these “fruits,” I also lift up those who plant, who nurture, who harvest the real fruit. So to the most beautiful fruit from a lifelong farmer to the first fruit of a beginner… thank you, and please, never stop. For if there is one thing I know, it’s that there’s something truly wonderful about the act of reaping and sowing, of creation, that all those who indulge in “fruit” will never understand.

I had Thoughts, and so I wrote them semi-coherently. Kind of just... throwing this into the void and seeing what happens.

I’m playing with making different kinds of low poly chibis, and Emeron is one of the test subjects (pretend it loops correctly, I fought for 30 minutes to make this gif and I don’t feel like fixing it)
