I'd say May-October. My husband and I moved to Minnesota 2 years ago. It's a beautiful State with amazing & wonderful people. The winters are long and brutal but then again I'm from SoCal and unused to this kind of cold weather. Minnesota really is a wonderful place to live. We love it here.
