The Chicago Bears have signed RB Demetric Felton to their practice squad.

This move comes after Chicago lost Roschon Johnson to a concussion.

Bears CEO Kevin Warren is taking matters into his own hands, and will be leading the Bears next HC search.

Ryan Poles will "assist" in the process, but from the sounds of it, Warren will have the final say.

The Chicago Bear offense is averaging nearly 100 more yards per game since Thomas Brown has taken over as play caller.
