We have site maps and flow charts but no standard for documenting product IA.
@brownorama.bsky.social's IAC26 talk identifies a recipe for product blueprints that enable better team conversations about product structure.

Work today: draft questions for RFP, present stakeholder interview themes, draft experience principles, develop pitch storyline, review pitch deck, finalize persona segmentation
(I think I might post this every few days, so some can see what work *can* look like for senior UX/strategy people)
The interview is fantastic. Iβve learned so much about the band and your process.

The full 3 hours of music and interview of The Cassandra Complex on French radio is now up on YouTube - and yes, the interview is in English, my French is definitely not good enough to do an interview in :-)

Drop the worst date movie you ever saw.
Mine was Leaving Las Vegas. It was our first date, and we had no idea what to expect other than weβd heard it was good.
Definitely some kind of vibe walking out to the car afterwards:

Iβve been thinking about this all night. And I donβt want to be that βback in my dayβ type of old guy, butβ¦
$20 would have been a flush night with more drinks than you needed and food and smokes.
Now, I donβt drink well, so a mixed drink is $9. 3 of those plus food is a $50 night. Without tips.
I posted a new mix on Mixcloud for @cut.buzz but you might like it to.
It crosses genres and spends a lot of time in 80s alternative:

I just thought it was typical B-school bad writing.
I understand how bad writers might want to lean on LLMs to help improve their writing, but they never get better than mediocre. And they were probably mediocre but more interesting before.

I found my web design portfolio from about 1998-2000. On paper. In a little portfolio book.
(Back when screens were 640x480.)
One of LinkedIn's biggest failings is the interface design of the feed. It's all over the place. They can't decide what to optimize for, so they just overload the user with all the things, meaning it's hard to read, it's hard to scan, it's hard to disambiguate feed items, and hard to interact.
11.02.2026 19:11 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Just moderated a usability test where the tasks were so easily accomplished that the participant flew through them. I need to redo the test now to test something else because I have four more of these to run, and the interface looks like it has this one thing nailed.

Ok, hereβs the deal.
Itβs been over a year since Harry and I started βTraction Heroes.β Weβve published 29 episodes, one every other week, without fail. And we know people are listening, because we can see the stats.
But thereβs a problem.
