Sad? Have you tried eating a potato about it? French fries, roasted, mashed, baked, tater tots, hash browns, scalloped, gnocchi, chips, hasselback. The possibilities of happiness are endless. ππ₯π π
I would like to take a moment and sincerely apologize to my taste buds for the years that I subjected them to fat free cheese, ice cream, and salad without salad dressing. Those were dark times and I promise to never do that ever again.
I really got bested by a 4 year old today.
Me - This is a red onion.
4 yr old - No it's purple.
Me - Well we call it a red onion.
4 yr old - But it's purple.
Me - ...
4 yr old - π€·π½ββοΈ
I mean she's not wrong and I also would like to rebrand them as purple onions.
"Omg fruit is full of sugar and so bad for you!" Have you considered that it's also full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber? And a fun fact is that our bodies need these nutrients so no, it's not the same as eating something like ice cream. Not that anything is wrong with ice cream.
Thank you so much for this article in the Today Show media for mentioning my book "Live Nourished" with other amazing authors and creators. If you are looking for a non restrictive book with an inclusive look at nutrition,
"Live Nourished" might be for you!
I don't think we really need April Fools' Day since there are people who believe fruit and carrots are bad for you because of the sUgAr, all year round.
I overheard someone say that it is officially ice cream weather because it was almost 80 degrees today in NYC. While yes, ice cream is great for today, I need people to understand that ice cream is not limited to warm weather and is not seasonal. Cold? Throw on a sweater and eat it like an adult.π¦
I love when someone answers "I could eat" when asked if they want to grab food while out. It signals that they are trying to be demure about the situation, but also there is a very short window of time before that demure-ness goes out the window.
So glad to finally have it on my bookshelf! πππ«Άπ½
Omg amazing π€© thank you!
Thank you!
I take my holidays very seriously. And since itβs Pi Day, obviously I had to oblige. Ο π
I don't think I will ever get over the surreal feeling of seeing my book out in the "wild" in a bookstore. I also don't think I will ever get over how horrible my handwriting is every single time I sign a book.
Happy International Womenβs Day to everyone out there who realizes you don't have to be a woman to recognize today since it is a day to recognize the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.
"Omg that is full of calories and full of sugar! So bad for you!" Have you ever considered that it is also full of joy, and with the dystopian reality we're currently in that's equally important? There is room for both nutrients and joy. It's possible.
Sad? Have you tried eating a potato about it? French fries, roasted, mashed, baked, tater tots, hash browns, scalloped, gnocchi, chips, vodka. The possibilities of happiness are endless.

The FDA's annual meeting of the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee was cancelled.
There has been a death from measles. Medicaid has been put on the chopping block. Every day since January 20th, has felt like an episode of Black Mirror. This is my face with every news alert.
Who are we making America Healthy for exactly? Cutting necessary programs and increasing taxes unless you are wealthy, seems like the opposite. So again, who is this for? (This is rhetorical.)
I fixed this post myself. Just so we're clear, we can have a difference of iced or hot coffee. But no, you cannot support a party that glorifies hate and is actively trying to take rights away from certain demographics, and expect a friendship from those same demographics. Hope this helps!
I was trying to decide between the croissant and a cinnamon bun at the coffee shop this morning so l asked the barista which one I should get and she told me to just get both. I did and it was the best advice. Thank you.
"Precut veggies are a lifesaver for someone limited in fine motor skills. It's also a lifesaver for people short on time and want to feed themselves. So no, it's not for "lazy" people and unnecessary."

Thank you!
It is the 6 month anniversary, half birthday, or whatever we want to call it, of my debut book "Live Nourished!β There's a ton of mess happening right now so l'm all about celebrating the wins no matter how big or small. Oh and it's available wherever books are sold and on audio. βΊοΈπ
RIP to science. It was nice having you here while it lasted. I remember when you were a required course in school and when people didnβt believe in you, they just failed. You will be missed. ποΈ
"I know nothing about your individual body or socioeconomic status, but whatever issue you're having with your body is 100% your fault. Here's a list of how to fix it, including products I financially benefit from. And if none of this works then try harder.β

I really love how each Monday for the past few weeks, my coworker and I start the day asking each other what the "egg situation" is like in our respective neighborhoods. It beats the mundane "how was your weekend" because we genuinely care about the answer.
When you wake up early to do adult things like shoveling snow, but deep down you're also a kid at heart. β€οΈ
