Beautiful 8.5 mile walk over the peaks today- Shame it was so misty though!

I’m so glad the full moon yesterday has passed! I felt so deflated and sad and angry!! Still feeling slightly irritated today - possibly more hormones than moon???

Today has been about painting my youngest daughter’s bedroom. God I hate decorating!!!

Struggling to work today! Failed keto this week- have had toast and honey today and about 25 pieces of giant toblerone. Just one of those gloomy tough days with little motivation!! Happy Friday.

Another train journey…. Back to London for next weeks filming. Having such fun with fabulous cast and crew.

I’d forgotten how tiring traveling is! Today got train to Leeds to meet a friend for lunch and then bus home from station- totally knackered!! It was a 6 hour round trip on public transport though….
