felt!!😭 in my experience, writing it down is better than not writing at all, then when you step back, you can make tweaks as needed until you’re satisfied! my prof drills it into us to “just write” to get the first draft out of the way. it’s helped me a lot with my perfectionism. just start!👍🏻
