Honestly the Tigers generally had a good series, and there was a fair amount of randomness to the outcome. Play those games again and the Tigers could come away with 2/3. If anything it looks like the Dodgers rotation might be an issue this year, but overall, yea, they are the favourites.

Many years ago I read The Machine Stops by E.M. Forster. Written in 1909 it describes a future where humans become incapable of managing their own lives due to technological innovation. They sit in small rooms, watching screens, and having everything provided to them. Until it all starts to break.
