We had a blue sky (pun intended) here the other day so I went for a drive with a friend about a mile outside Macduff on the North East Scotland coast. The rock formation you see here is the rock at Tarlair.

Yep, if you have a day up your sleeve there is plenty to see in the north east, dozens of castles, but also some incredibly spiritual stone circles dating back 5000 years.
