Neither have I. I’m attributing it to stress but who knows. Yeah I only do caffeine if it’s not at night. Sleep and water are the best though!

Mine have gotten so much worse and frequent too lately! I have meds prescribed but drinking green tea or other light caffeine sometimes helps a bit for me.
