I have had a sleep apnea study and don’t have it, but I snore. Mouth taping gives both my wife a I a restful sleep and I don’t wake up with a dry mouth anymore. I’ve been doing it for years with no downsides. Appreciate this study, but it’s not my experience.

I listened to the podcast - excellent. Sent it to a friend who is a staunch Poilievre supporter who thinks Carney being elected will be a “dark day” in Canada. Clearly he’s lost to political propaganda and can’t see pasty the party name. Sad.

I haven’t seen any real resistance or pushback from Newsom. A Canadian woman was detained in his state for 12 days by ICE. So maybe he should think more carefully on what he could do to fix the current mess rather than begging for us to come back on social media.

Presumes the USA is testing at the same level and reporting accurately. This from a country where states suppressed and/or discouraged covid testing. It’s all bad, but I’m not sure the data represents the true magnitude of each region.
