First snow is predicted to fall sunday, but I'm probably not running tomorrow. Fortunately the first snow rarely if ever sticks, so I might still have a few good jogging days left. Hopefully I can time that mile sprint and get my two mile low too.

I might have paced myself a bit too much again, but the foot pain made sure that was irrelevant. I would've liked to hit a 7 mile/hour pace, bit all things considered, this was alright. I was also double layered with long pants and dodging a few cars and dealing with some decent headwinds.

Forgot to post, got some small blisters on my feet from going for that hour jog I mentioned a few days ago. Was about 6.5 miles over the course of the hour, then finished the 7th to end. I think the foot pain was worse than the very light hip pain, and my stamina was actually solid.
