#TacoTuesday with a 2024 Conterno Nervi Rosato that comes from the Piedmont appellation of Gattinara. This Italian rosé of Nebbiolo is showing a nose of pomegranate, rose petals and thyme with tastes of raspberry, lemon zest and sea salt air. Cheers.
