Logged on today for an interesting @musdevnorth.bsky.social Elevenses session on AI and Museum Learning led by @shannenjjohnson.bsky.social @gem.org.uk. I've never knowingly used AI & been quite weary about how to use it but felt inspired so used Co-Pilot this afternoon for a work task.

We have definitely broadened the scope of our family offer and feel more comfortable in our delivery going forward. Families and their needs are a higher priority in our collective thinking and planning. We have also improved how we highlight our offer for families through our verbal welcome, interpretation boards and website.

Christmas tree at Bowes Museum
