Man I can’t wait to get ‘Enough’ out into everyone’s hands, but just needs a little bit more time to cook.

There has been a few new things I’ve been exploring with Enough. There is now a landscape mode along with some early attempts at controller support.

Mouthwashing goes hard, and if you can stomach some gore then I highly recommend this as a masterclass of non linear narrative and maintaining suspense. Also the characters are all very well written.

Here’s my attempt on a Celestial Penicillium for #funguary2024. I forgot how hard colours are since I’ve been focusing on black and white art for so long but was a lot of fun.

Just been thinking, it’s pretty awesome that anyone can make a video game.

So if you are making one, don’t give up! What you’re working on is special and deserves to be made and the fact that you are making it makes it that more amazing!

A small deer like toy

Tried something a little more unplanned, apart from some references of course. Decided to try make a deer that’s a little toy like

Tonight was a little more experimental as I was wanting to mess around with the warp tool, however my computer really did not like it

The worst thing about waiting for a delivery is that I’ve been home waiting for 10 minutes and I have checked the window at least 20 times cause that loud breeze is definitely the delivery person leaving the ‘no one is home’ card

So decided to use some references this time and tried modelling a cat skull. Pretty happy with the result. And I must say, references are great 😝

I’m starting to get ever so slightly more familiar with the VR sculpting in Substance Modeler. This time instead of using a 3d brush the whole time. I started off with a more accurate position modelling tool, kinda felt like using masking tape

Decided to step away from the pixel art I should be doing today and tried attempting some sculpting in VR today and man it is quite fun, and I’m actually really happy with it being my first steps into 3d modelling.

But also screw hands, they can remain boxes.
