💠 Chronoquartz is a game very easy to recommend: nice art, good story, great gameplay, perfect length... unless you absolutely hate having to think on your adventure game, you won't go wrong with it.

🔹 Its art and music are nice, although some visual elements appearing at completely different resolutions (on purpose, I believe) had me confused at times.

🔹 The 'puzzle' part of the game comes in the shape of riddles, the gathering (and piecing together) of clues and navigating the environments, as some backtracking within each area is required. I'd say it's difficulty is medium, but it includes a hints system in case of need.

🔹 It has 5 distinctive areas, each taking about 1h to complete, and 2 endings. These areas share the '10 screens' rule but are played a bit differently, specially when it comes to solving its puzzles, adding new rules/restrictions and quirky tools to overcome them.

🔹 Of course, as the game progresses the player overcomes some restrictions, but new ones are added, that being one of the greatest aspects of the game: it's rather short, but it's very varied, making the overall very interesting and fun.

🔷 Chronoquartz is a top-down puzzle adventure game with no combat where the protagonist can only reach up to 10 screens (think of screens as in old Zelda games). When the 10th is reached, the world rewinds/resets, but as a player, the knowledge learned is kept.
