All of this to say: I’ve had a very productive day even though ✨ everything ✨ hurts. It’s just baffling to me that productive equals some of the most mundane tasks which, until a few years ago, I could start and finish with ease.

Chronic illnesses are difficult enough to navigate without high pain, low energy days. 💤
