I think so, but my husband doesn’t like the texture. So easy to make. Just five eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, pinch of salt and vanilla extract. Cup of sugar for the caramel

With me it’s flan. I’ve always loved it, just learned how to make it and I now make it once a week. Thank you to my sweet flock for all those lovely, lovely eggs. At least I’m perfecting my flan-making skills.

I don’t do well with baking. Bread I can do, but cakes? Get one thing slightly off and it’s ruined. I did make a flan tonight. It’s chilling in the fridge. My girls are giving me almost a dozen eggs a day (good girls).

I’ve had mine for less than a year and seriously don’t know how I lived without it. I haven’t bought pasta since. I love to use my duck eggs for pasta.

It took one week to get Trump voters to go from “eggs need to be cheaper” to “let seniors starve”.

This is the face that whined until I put on pants and took him outside, then I even fixed him (and Chunk) a peanut butter sandwich. Granted, crunching around on the snow is one of my favorite sounds, and I amused myself with that while he did his business, but guys, it is hella cold out there.
