Saying goodbye to some of October’s last golden sunrays and enjoying the colors in the garden

This is an image of Le Castrum de Neyran, high up in the hills above Saint-Gervais-sur-Mare in Herault, Occitanie, France at golden hour in October 2025. Clouds, a stone wall and the shape of the hills all lead the eye to the medieval tower and the mount behind, and a billowing vertical cloud behind the tower makes it almost look like a chimney.

Golden hour last Sunday high up in the hills in Occitanie, France...just loved the way the clouds made the medieval tower look like a chimney!
