"We're home, I'll take you to mine so we don't wake your mum." Yoongi yawned and agreed. Truthfully, he hadn't really thought about what he would say to his mother. When they last spoke, she had been upset and disappointed he was going to miss his dad's funeral.

He watched as the busy city streets turned into towns, to then the familiar lake he spent his childhood. The sun broke through the thick clouds, casting a pink glow on the car. Taehyung's hand gently squeezed Yoongi's knee to wake him.

Seokjin managed to get Eunwoo to get back away from Taehyung's car, giving them both the thumbs up to drive away.

They didn't speak much in the car, which didn't bother Yoongi.

"I'm so sorry.. I am causing so much drama.. maybe I should. " Taehyung turned to face him.

"He dislocated your arm. You are staying in this car even if I have to kidnap you." Taehyung stared at him, and Yoongi believed in that moment he would.

"Baby.."  Taehyung opened the door, and Yoongi ran in.  His eyes avoided the hassle outside as Seokjin shoved Eunwoo away from the car. His head was spinning, and he just wanted to curl up and disappear.

Yoongi muttered something under his breath before he hid behind Seokjin and Taehyung.

"He said it's over.. I'm going to take him home. " he interlocked his hands with Taehyung and felt his hands being squeezed back.

Taehyung's jaw clenched as Eunwoo reached for Yoongi's shoulder again.

"Namjoon wanted to come too, but he had his doctors exam in the morning, and we wouldn't be back in time for him to prepare." Taehyung said, a car stopped beside him, and Yoongi's heart sank as another familiar face jumped out.

"Once I told Seokjin what happened, he wouldn't take no for an answer," Taehyung said gently, hugging Yoongi afterwards.

"Also, someone needs to drive your car back." The reunion was short and sweet with Taehyung handing yoongi a burger.

Taehyung pulled up outside, he had let his hair grow, and his style had changed a lot over the years. Another figure opened the car door, Seokjin. Yoongi's bottom lip started quivering as Seokjin wrapped his arms around him.

It had taken three calls to get Taehyung to answer, but once he explained to Taehyung he left Eunwoo, he agreed almost immediately.

His hand shook as he picked up his phone and hovered over Taehyung. The guy who had tried the most to get him to see that Eunwoo was toxic.

Yoongi had fallen asleep in the hospital, ignoring Eunwoo's attempts to call him.

"You can't drive. Do you have anyone who can come to pick you up? The doctor asked. Yoongi thought for a moment.

He wondered whether he could get in touch with his former friend or if he had burned his bridges.

"Fell downstairs again?" She asked, looking into his eyes. Desperate for him to expose the truth they both knew. He shook his head, and it was silently acknowledgement.

They popped his arm back in and gave him a cast.

The drive to the hospital was painful, and if he had family close by, he'd have called them to help. Head spinning, he nearly vomited before he pulled up outside.

A short, thin woman sat at the reception. She looked at Yoongi through her crescent shaped glases and sighed.

"No, you don't get to touch me anymore, I will take myself to the hospital, and I am not going to lie this time." He pushed through the pain to drag the bags from Eunwoo.

Driving away, Yoongi allowed himself to scream out in pain.

Pain sheared through him as the familiar pop, then numbness radiated from his arm.

"Y-Yoongi, i am so sorry. I was just angry.. I will take you to the hospital." Eunwoo apologised.

"Home. Where i should've been when my dad died.. no, where i should have been when Jungkook died. " Eunwoo grabbed Yoongi's shoulder and dragged the bags from his hand. They struggled for the bags until he threw Yoongi onto the floor.

It was enough. He had been a blind fool, long enough. Grabbing the bags, he threw the door open and walked towards his car

Yoongi reached for the door handle when he felt Eunwoo's hand touch his shoulder.

"Where would you go? You're being ridiculous." He sounded annoyed.

His chest heaved as he recalled the day he broke up their friendship, and the day he found out Jungkook had died. His sobs grew louder as he remembered how Eunwoo had booked a holiday that overlapped the funeral and how much he sulked and cried when Yoongi said no.

Yoongi didn't want to talk anymore. instead, he walked to his bedroom and started to throw together a suitcase.

He grabbed his stuff and looked at his old school photo. The only photo Eunwoo let him keep, that had his best friend on it. Jungkook.

The word divorce thickened the tension in the air, words that couldn't be taken back even if Yoongi wanted to. His hot tears spilt over his photos as he let out a sharp exhale. He turned around to see Eunwoo, pale and stunned by Yoongi's request.
