Caramelizing up some onions in anticipation of burgers tonight. A stainless (inox) pot sites on a burner of a white gas stove and is supported by a black metal grate. The onions are translucent and starting to brown. Seasoned with salt, pepper, butter and garlic infused oil. Will be deglazed with a little balsamic vinegar.

Who likes caramelized onions on their burgers?

Not just a typical fast food joint: we grabbed dinner at Big Sky Burgers, which I wrote about for Westword. The Big Burger was huge and outstanding and so were the Kimchi Burger, Sky Burger and Chicken Rice Bowl. Amazing little spot! #foodporn
