AI has literally only ever been a net negative for everyone's quality of life.
Which is exactly why most people would rather not have to use it; a lot of artists have built up a large following there and it's not easy to just convince all of one's own followers to hop onto a different platform.

I feel like for some people though they don't even go out of their way to find AI images due to how much Google images seems to try to be forcing it down our throats, I keep having to deal with full pages of it every time I look for references
