💬 Tim Bantel, regional coordinator for LAC, emphasized that the next three days will be an opportunity for countries to strengthen both their technical capacities and regional cooperation in order to deliver robust BTRs — aligned with ambitious NDCs and consistent with global climate objectives.

Today in Lima, Perú we kicked off the first day of the Latin American Regional Workshop "Training on the Interconnection between NDC 3.0, BTRs, and Continuous Improvement under the ETF", with representatives from 15 countries from Latin America. 🌎

The 8th Lusophone Cluster Workshop kicked off with an inspiring opening ceremony featuring high-level representatives from our partner countries and organisations.
Their message was clear: #transparency is key to attracting climate investment and building trust.

The countdown is on for the Francophone Workshop in Saly! From April 8–11, more than 50 participants from French-speaking countries will dive into key topics like GHG emission projections, #NDC tracking, and #climatefinance, all tied to #BTR reporting.
