I also found all relevant subreddits (I lurk in those, but not actively contribute) I could post into, but my posts often get taken down. So it just feels like a lot of work with little return, and I figured someone must have surely done something like this.

Will do! What I’m currently planning on doing if i don’t find a tool is to post on the 20 reddit posts I found that ask for a solution my product delivers, so I was planning to reply to those with a link to my app and to setup a UTM campaign to track where traffic comes from.

I know that's exactly where my users are! The part I'm struggling with is reaching them without getting banned from those key subreddits

Sometimes I feel like building in public only truly works if you're building a product for other builders. Otherwise, you're sharing with an audience that can't use your product.

Do you think it is it still worth investing the energy to build in public, or is it better to build in quietly?

My git graph isn't filled every day, and that's ok. It's what it realistically looks like when you also have a job, life, and other responsibilities like most builders.

Some gaps. Some good weeks. But still shipping 🚀

No by second launch I meant it was the second product I launched on PH, the first one was back in March 2025. But yeah you can technically launch updated versions of your product in PH so it can be confusing.
