I think the TTYD remake is a contender. I love how the made the graphics a middle ground between the old style and new style, as well as the QoL changes and extra content they added.

Although I am just a bit sad at the multi-bounce/multi-bonk nerfs but I understand it.

Swablu’s Pokemon Ruby Pokédex entry which reads; Swablu has light and fluffy wings that are like cottony clouds. This Pokémon is not frightened of people. It lands on the heads of people and sits there like a cotton-fluff hat.

Great choices, mine would be Swablu because it’s a soft chubby little dumpling that likes to sit on your head like a fluffy hat.

I think that you’re on the right track with that hypothesis but rather than it being a fail safe, I think the hydra probably hit him so hard that the physics bugged out.

He probably got knocked into the air for an instant, and then it registered that height as his new floor.

#MagexWitch - 1 Year Anniversary (3/3)

Panel 7: We return to the same zoomed out scene of them both kneeling in front of the flower from Panel 4, however, in this scene, Vivan is grabbing the flower as she yells "MINE!!"

Panel 8: Vivan is running off, disappearing into the fog of the swamp, triumphantly holding the the flower over her head as she cackles with a "Nyeheheheheheheeee!!!" Galem is left in stunned silence.

The Gutterspace has another yellow text box, stating "Present Day" the flashback is over. Panel 9: Galem's hand is shown knocking on a door

Panel 10: Vivian cracks open the door, the light of from inside the cottage iluminating the dark swamp lighting around the front of her home. She's happy to see him, and starts a sentence saying "Hi Galem I-", she's cut off by something Panel 11: Vivian's eyes are wide, and her hands have been brought in front of her mouth as her cut off sentence resumes on a different tangent. She shouts "Oh my gosh!" before questioning "Are those...?"

#MagexWitch - 1 Year Anniversary (2/3)

A yellow text box in the gutterspace of the comic states "1 Year Ago..." signaling that the next series of events is a flashback. Panel 1: Galem is walking through the swamp, holding his staff out as it glows like a flashlight as a guide through the foggy terrain. He is anxiously looking at a book as he says to himself "The guide says they grow around here..." Panel 2: Vivian is also walking through the swamp. While Galem was on the left in the previous panel, she's walking from the right. She has one hand against her forehead in the lookout/salute position while holding a basket in the other. The basket is holding her cat Glop who looks up at her as she states "I know I saw one around here when I was gathering reagents last week..."

Panel 3: The panel is a painted depiction of a flower sitting at the base of a tree. The stem and leaves of the flower are a hot, reddish pink. The stem grows up before curling around in a question mark shape. Out of the underside of the upper hook shape, blue stems emerge, ending in glowing white ball-shaped flower buds. The flower itself is eminating light and illuminating the scene. From the Right, we can see Vivian's dialogue saying "There it is!" From the left we can see Galem's dialogue saying "Oh! There's one!"

Panel 4: The scene zooms out and both Galem and Vivan are knelt on the ground, hands near the stem of the flower as they went to grab it at the same time. The two lock eyes for the first time.

Panels 5 & 6: Two shots that are zoom ins of their individual faces as their eyes go wide and they blush in silence. The background is a gradient from pink to yellow, full of glowing shapes and hearts.

Lethal Company is another one that's up there. Its success created basically a new subgenre of game that we're still seeing new releases of.

I feel like the rise of the tangentially-related type of game that people now call "Friendslop" can be attributed its success as well.

3. It’s definitely the same Nova given the fact that it has the same name, general design, and direct connection to the Fountain of Dreams. If it was a different Clockwork Star, it would likely be given a new name and design.

2. While it did ram pop star, you could interpret the act as going to pop star to use its own power to help cement Marx’s rule per his wish. In Meta Knightmare, Nova simply grants the wish with no ulterior motives or actions.

To be fair, it was definitely struck me as strangely out of cgaracter that this being who was generally impartial and granted wishes as they were intended whether they were good or bad suddenly had personal evil intentions out of nowhere.

Scripted and thumbnailed the Mage x Witch 1 year anniversary special and it’s going to be big, so I’m going to push the actual comic to Wednesday, the actual anniversary date, with a special upload on Monday.

Originally these were going to be flip-flopped but I’ll need more time on the big comic.
