I have very conflicted feelings toward Tyson. As it’s been said he was a brutal taoist and spouse abuser. But on the other hand the man has been through some shit, horrendous childhood abused/ neglected, taken advantage of by virtually everyone around him on his way up 🧵

It’s so hard when a trusted therapist or doctor retires. Nothing makes getting the help you need easy.

Have you considered joining a support group for people who have partners with addiction issues? They can help you navigate the situation.

If you have herbal tea like camomile it can help. Avoid carbonation, acidic foods. Take an antacid. Feel better!! ❤️

I know it’s hard when you’re not in a position to move i was just sharing what worked for me and hopefully provide some hope that it’s not you and that many of us struggle. I’m 47 it took a long time to find my people. Just don’t give up hope it will happen eventually ❤️

If I read your profile correctly you’re 24 I struggled a lot at your age honestly from about 9-32. When i turned 32 i just made a decision to put myself out there and try to quiet the insecurity in my head. I moved to a new city, got a new job, and joined a meetup group for people my age 🧵
