DK bananza DLC before MK World DLC feels weird

I think it worked poorly regardless of console condition, but I was a fan of the ambition behind it

I always preferred Spirit Tracks just because I was obsessed with the Spirit Flute, regardless of how well the DS mic worked, I was always blown away by the fact I was "playing" an instrument in game, felt way more immersive than the Ocarina or Harp

Its been a while since I've played but I honestly dont hate the Phantom Hourglass/Spirit Tracks combat, the touch screen is a lot less clunky than people would assume

Combat in 2D Zelda is never perfect, but I'd say it was at its worst in ALTTP for sure

Which is a shame cus there are a lot of good parts to ALTTP, they just get ruined by how awkward it is to play

My biggest issue with ALTTP is the sword
It doesnt hit the square infront of the player, it hits the square infront of the sword so every time you want to attack something you have to be slightly off centre from it and its so clunky

As far as the speedrunning community is aware, theres 2 magazine guides (one nintendo power, one some other magazine) for the englisg version of CT1
Havent found anything for JP version

For CT2 theres a guide on the old Japan Supply System website (reachable through wayback) but its not great

I still keep up with the game but don't really play anymore
