🏳️‍🌈 Levels of domestic abuse in the LGBTQIA+ community are shocking and too often go unreported.

Grateful to launch vital research from @HereNI, funded by my Department, exposing this reality.

I want to ensure we recognise all victims and tailor support to meet their needs.

It calls for recalling Parliament to impose sanctions, supporting a ceasefire, ending arms sales, backing international investigations, and ensuring unimpeded delivery of aid. The letter concludes that the UK’s moral standing will be judged by whether it stands for humanity or remains silent.

The scale of suffering and bloodshed in Gaza is intolerable.

Alongside party leaders from across the UK, I have written to the Prime Minister demanding immediate action.

Parliament must be recalled to end arms sales, introduce sanctions and uphold international law.

I am deeply saddened to hear of David's passing. He had such a positive spirit and always stood up for those in his community, being a voice for everyone.

My thoughts are with David's friends and family. He will be sorely missed.

That's why I'm taking steps to criminalise sexually explicit deepfakes.

Lee, I never said transphobes didn't exist or that anti-trans activism wasn't real. I said the reason for *my* decision re puberty blockers was CoHM concerns regarding the prescribing environment.

So, no, I don't think that is okay as you would know from everything I have said on the issue.

Housing Rights Repair Standards in Private Rental Accommodation

We want to hear from private renters in Northern Ireland.

Earlier this year Housing Rights launched the “The Private Rental Affordability” Survey to learn more about renter’s experience in Northern Ireland as the cost of living rises.

I have no vires in relation to sport/football and no power to strike down decisions by others.

If there's a legal challenge, it will be for a Judge to make that call.
