The consumer-friendly Energy Star program survived Trump. What about other efficiency efforts? Energy Star, the program that helps guide consumers to more energy-efficient appliances and electronics, has survived President Donald Trump’s attempt to kill it.

The Energy Star ⭐️ program has saved 4.41 billion tons of emissions since 1992, and can save households an average of $450 annually. The program survived the chopping block, but uncertainty around the EPA’s ability to administer the program with reduced staff, looms large. https://bit.ly/4to9oiK
