Either way NOT getting repeatedly infected by sars cov2 is probably best, followed by antiviral treatment if you do and getting the shingles vaccine.
Re vaccine we do know it can cause LC like symptoms and called long vax. For now it is uncommon but we need to monitor.

Replicating and persisting virus is likely to be factor in shingles. With SARS COV2 it’s likely to be the effect could be intrinsic to viral persistence OR vascular (endothelial) +neural damage with continuing immune mediated or viral fragment induced. We don’t know yet./1
