Sweet home is a landscape painting in acrylic painted by the artist Karen Kaspar. The abstracted dream landscape in expressive colours shows a small white house in the middle of a yellow field, perhaps a rape field in spring or a sunflower field in summer or ripe grain in autumn. Above the field stretches a wide sky with dark blue storm clouds. Rays of sunlight illuminate the field and the house. The picture was painted with loose expressive brushstrokes. The colour contrast between the field in bright yellow and orange tones and the sky in dark blue and violet tones emphasises the painting's bright expressive effect.
