Yes, the judge said that Georgia could no longer use an electronic only system without a paper backup. The paper backup was a huge upgrade. Not sure why you have that in quotes other than you have no first hand experience with either system. Please explain to me what is sketchy about it.
The machines print out a paper copy which you check personally and place in the ballot box feeder yourself. It isn’t sketchy at all. There is no way to change votes in a way that wouldn’t be caught on a recount. I used to live there. Prior to 2020 it was all electronic. It was a huge upgrade

The machines in Georgia print out paper copies of the ballots you enter. Those are used in recounts. You already can’t hack the system.
