It’s been super hard doing this mostly on my own when I’m new to it all, and would have been impossible without the help I did get. But I did it. And it will only get easier from here.

Just want to highlight this point. It's extra demeaning for nonbinary people to have the "Dr" title ignored, since it's one of very few generally accepted gender-neutral titles we have in English and so it being disregarded is a double-whammy!
