My family seems to just try to avoid talking about politics when we get together unless we are talking with someone we know agrees with us. I have a huge family, so we have all types.

It seems to work. The most I've ever been chastised for was drinking Coke (my uncles all worked for Pepsi 😜)

I'm lucky - my immediate family is all sane.

This just reinforces my belief that many Ohioans will vote for a candidate just because there is an R next to their name. Heaven forbid you actually educate yourself on what they believe.
