After shooting 12 hours Friday and 14 on Saturday it’s finally time to go through the 8,000 photos I took at the Eerie Horror Fest this weekend.

I have said for years that the waist on Torrid pants is always disproportionately large compared to the pant itself. I laughed when I saw that even their mannequins struggle with it.

I think one thing that differentiates the left from the right is that those on the right can say "holy crap I voted for a complete and utter idiot." I did vote for Fetterman. Even donated to his campaign. And yes, it was a mistake, which I accept and own. It's really not that hard.

We saw My Fair Lady today and again, the cast, lighting, choreo, all of it was top tier, especially for a small city production. But it’s just not my thing at all. I also don’t really like West Side Story 🤷🏻‍♀️

So I absolutely love musicals but I’ve suspected for a while that I really don’t like older musicals and I think that yes, I really don’t like them.
We saw Guys and Dolls a couple years back and the cast was incredible but the show was 😴

I don’t want to be all tin foil hat but the speed in which trump either is or is threatening to remove rights since CK was killed makes it so much more suspicious.

I’m 100% anti-fascist as all Americans should be. It’s the default setting. You have to rewrite the code to become pro-fascist.

A reminder that Jimmy Kimmel said basically nothing about Charlie Kirk but he DID comment on Trump's complete lack of interest in Kirk's death. This isn't about Kirk, it wasn't violent, but it is about not upsetting dear leader.

I absolutely adore where we live. I can walk to breakfast with my bestie, spend warm evenings at another besties farm, and it’s such a comfortable small town. And I am enraged that we are seriously considering emigrating. Why should WE have to leave? They are the ones who suck!

One of the weird things that comes with my breed of autism is seeing stuff in a kind of blinders off way, mixed with severe justice sensitivity. Which is arguably WAY LESS FUN in 2025.

She has missed so much. But she has also been lucky enough to miss SO much that has happened since 2016. But I wish she was here to see her silly little toddler granddaughter grow up to the silly preteen that she is now.

Her final summer in life was incessantly sunny, and she’d lament to me daily about how tired she was of the sun, and wished it would just rain.

I woke up the next morning and it was raining so hard I could barely see the bayfront out the window. I knew that that would be the day.
