When I had Instagram I followed a lot of trans women who after years make onlyfans and pornhub accounts and almost all used femboy in titles. We are women though!!!

The word by itself isn't an issue (means "two forms"), but giving a word to something in this way is fetishising and otherising. It's not as troubling as 'trap' as that has extra shit around it, but it's still gross as fuck to ever refer to a real person as one.
