I figured I would really enjoy Epedition 33 but I didn't think I would be having this much fun. The gameplay is fantastic, the visuals are mystifying, and the music is brilliant. I've not seen much of the characters quite yet, but so far, they are very refreshing and realistic. Relatable even.

Booted up Final Fantasy XV again today. It's reminded me how good this game is. I've seen many people say this game's story is not good. I reject that wholeheartedly. I won't say there isn't any some room for criticism, but if you consume the story in its entirety, it's incredible.

And I hope you grow up, but neither of those things are very likely.

I mean, you're both calling for me to die over calling out said "shitpost," so I don't think you can just call it that. You also immediately came to her defense like she couldn't take care of herself. You had every opportunity to understand what I was saying, and you ignored it every time.

I didn't do that, though. She just can't spell and decided to call men stupid through a poorly explained item.

That coming from somebody who can't spell words right, doesn't use capitalization, and doesn't use punctuation of any kind. I'm not sexist like you, so I won't make a jab at your gender, but you should really not call people dumb over a vague game mechanic when you can't even type out full words.

If they look like that, they are often bots.

My Pokemon hot take of the day:

Eeveelutions are overrated and I am kinda glad they haven't given us any more of them.

Moreover, I think the biggest part of the game was the Darkest day and what that does for the history of the world of Pokemon as a whole. In the latest game, we even learn that AZ was there to witness it. So to that end, Sw/Sh is still an important game.

I am not saying he was a good villain, but you definitely misunderstood the story if you think he was trying to destroy the region. Trying to solve a problem a thousand years in advance is a weird plot point, so believe me, I understand criticism to that end. But there still was a story.

You're allowed to dislike Sword and Shield, but that isn't what happened in the story. He wasn't trying to destroy the region. He was trying to use Eternatus' Dynamax particals as an energy source for Galar. Eternatus just got too powerful. Ultimately, he had good intentions but was too hasty.

Cool, don't play it then.

The original way was far worse. Soto is the easy way. You need to complete 3 or 4 different collections, have 250 of each living world season 4 map currency, and on top of all that, there are also vendors locked behind some achievements you need access to.

I mean, I don't know what to tell you. It's not as if adjusting clothing or tugging a braid is something they would do thinking "I'm gonna do this." It's just a natural thing. The women are also wearing clothing men don't typically wear. So, to that end, I don't think it's that outrageous.

Also, they could definitely Power their skirts, but you don't pull out a hair dryer to move a strand of hair out of you face.

The women in WoT don't necessarily need to meet the expectations of women in reality. But that's beside the point: their motivations and how they present themselves have a lot to do with the world and magic system being the way it is.

This is just my personal opinion, but in the WoT world, I feel like the entire point is that women, especially during the period of time this takes place, tend to hold more power than men. This is for various reasons, of course. So I feel like saying "Jordan doesn't understand women" is unfair.

It's okay to think they are mid, and it's true that most of them are straight, but Talison is bisexual. Furthermore, you don't have to be queer to support queer. Maybe they watch Critical Role not because they are queer, but because it's a large queer safe community.

Also, if you do intend to read the series, it's a good read. It will certainly take some time but it's an epic.

Unfortunately, they canceled the show at Amazon. So, 3 seasons are all we get unless they pick it up elsewhere. Currently, the show has covered roughly up to book 4. Very roughly, mind. They skipped some of the things that happened in book 3 and changed a good handful of things as well.

My favorite part, so far, of Winter's Heart (Wheel of Time book 9) is when Lan checks the pipe he's smoking immediately after Rand, Min, Aviendha, and Elayne declare their love for eachother. It was like he was thinking "What the fuck am I smoking?" I laughed so hard, dude.

I also happened to finish up the 3rd season of Wheel of Time on Prime, and it's definitely the best season they have given us thus far. I have a ton of things to say about it; a lot of good and bad. However, I do have to say I am thoroughly enjoying it despite its shortcomings.

I have been blowing through the Wheel of Time books lately. I just finished The Path of Daggers and I am currently on book 9, Winter's Heart. I am supposedly in the middle of the slog now, and while things move slow, I don't think it's so bad.
