A cartoon of Vladimir Putin stepping on a bald eagle, while holding a chain that attached to a collar on the neck of Donald Trump, who in gym holds a chain with collars on Brent Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barret. Mitch McConnel is made of slime and smiles evilly over the shoulder of Trump. The caption above reads “The Chain of Command”

I did a similar one on 2020. I would guess that Netanyahu takes precedence over Putin.

Opportunists happy to engage in collective make believe that these people actually have billions of anything. Is there even that much hard currency, gems, bullion, etc for every billionaire to “cash out” what they’re supposedly worth? Mass delusion in service of feeding insatiable evil.

No doubt whatsoever that billionaires are evil. Can and should go without saying at this point. One (probably inconsequential) thing I try to remember about “billionaires” is that probably none of them have that much actual cash. Stock”valuations” and other nonsense to inflate their supposed wealth

Even the average person tends to forget the difficulty of extreme poverty once they’ve out of it for a short while. Poverty, much like physical pain, is a state we will do almost anything to escape but forget the true nature of once it’s gone and we forget all the more the further we are from it

Yo your point that the rich forget (if they ever knew) the actual cost of things, I believe extreme wealth is a condition that humans were never meant to experience and it damages our minds.

Entrepreneurship is like one of those carnival games where you throw darts or something.
Middle class kids can afford one throw.
Most miss. A few hit the target and get a small prize. A very few hit the center bullseye and get a bigger prize. Rags to riches! The American Dream lives on.
Rich kids can afford many throws. If they want to, they can try over and over and over again until they hit something and feel good about themselves. Some keep going until they hit the center bullseye, then they give speeches or write blog posts about "meritocracy" and the salutary effects of hard work.
Poor kids aren't visiting the carnival.
They're the ones working it.

I’ve seen this a few times and it’s an apt analogy:

2D illustration of a green and white anthropomorphic rabbit with green and blue hair wearing an orange visor over their eyes and a black top and pants with red and yellow accent colors, and yellow hightop shoes.

Back in November, @cinemazee.bsky.social rebranded his VTuber model and I gifted him this art!

Special thanks to @yardleyart.bsky.social for drawing it!

An art piece based off of Gustav Klimt’s piece The Kiss, where a man is embracing a woman by cradling her face with his hands and kissing her cheek, except the drawing is of Odo and Kira from DS9. It is a cacophony of colours and shapes, coming from the bottom there’s planets and stars that form into circles at Odo’s base that settle into squares on his torso. Kira’s jacket has patterned diamonds inside of them. There are tiny blue flowers dotting their faces and gently falling down onto the sky. They are surrounded by a soft dark blue and purple space with many stars and comets.

The painting "Night in the Steppe" shows a vast plain under a bright full moon, the light being distributed over the landscape and the water in an almost magical way.

This work is made by the renowned Ukrainian artist Ivan Marchuk, who invented the unique painting style called "plyontanism" (from the Ukrainian word plyontaty, meaning "to braid"). This technique consists of hundreds of fine, intertwined lines that create depth and an almost textile-like texture.
