I think there are a couple of things folks on the outside, don't understand about the concept art process and why AI is a hindrance, not a help.

40k is a fictional setting. The 'lore' is by the very definition, the stuff the owners of the IP write & art.
So the lore is:
There *are* black Alpha legion.
There *are* black Space Wolves.
There *are* black Cadians.
The vaulted lore disagrees with their racial hate.

When someone lies about the lore, and:
Complains that an Alpha legion character isn't white "Like Alpharius "
Whines about how there would not be black Cadians.
Moans that 'dark skinned' space wolves, would not be black.
- It's not lore defence. It's simply racism hiding behind bad cover.

Id 100% be on board for retcon, or that kind of miscommunication. I feel like new tech approach is likely (if ever) as it feels like GW are trying as much as possible to not shake up their 'lore'. FemCustodes slipping in as always there, because although absent, they were never not possible.

In retrospect this post could be seen as close to the TERFy "Men pretending to be women" BS.
In a universe with drugs like polymorphine, altering form is 100% an implemented tool of the espionage trade. But I assume most who follow me know I'm not making some anti trans comment. :)

Not only does the legion not all look like a bald white guy, but it also stands to reason that given their appearance altering tech, Alpharius would alter themselves to look like someone else when infiltrating.
Given marines "need" to be male, becoming a women would be great cover.

You can tell Fallout is set in an alternate universe USA, because there are free medical supplies in the bathrooms. :P

My personal experience has been it needs more coats of yellow/orange (2+) then a single pass of pink and single pass of yellow/orange gets me. Thus for me, its faster.

A lot of folks know that undercoating in pink really helps the otherwise weak pigments for yellows and oranges, show up more solid. But does anyone know if there is an equivalent for weak greens?

Anything outside that will be dismissed. Recent highlights include 'Dark Skin' means tanned or olive complexion. 🥴

Previous book Harrowmaster specifically pointed out that its a subset of the legion that does the look a like thing (and they kind of creep out the others)
Once again this is racism dressed up as lore defense, from people not across the lore they are supposedly defending.
