Of all the FOMO I've ever had, seeing you in full cosplay as yourself has got to be near the top of the list. Genuinely the coolest thing ever and you absolutely look incredible. I really can't put into words how awesome you look and how cool I really thing it is!

I switched my streaming setup from my PC to my laptop and it was nothing but problems all day. It took 8 hours and 4 of them were troubleshooting random tech issues. Fingers cross that it works well enough tomorrow that any weirdness can be fixed on the fly.

I love tidbits of information like this. It really feels like a small window into how one of my favorite horror series was made.

I think it's really important to make sure when showing kindness and allowing opportunity for growth to also exercise strength in assuring they can't abuse the room you've given them to do more harm. It's very hard to navigate at the end of the day.

I think we mostly agree. I've just seen people hurt by trying to "be the better person." I always think it's worth the discussion when it comes up about what that really entails. Kindness can't change the whole world but it can change the world for one person. I always believe that.

I just worry about the efficacy of trying to be too nice or too correct about things in the current climate. There are far too many who'd take advantage of that and twist it to their benefit. I'm grateful people who embody that kindness and understanding exist. Protect them is all.

I do think people like that need to exist. I just also think we need people who draw clear and defined lines and don't compromise. I don't expect people who are hurt to try to be friendly. And I thinkit's incredible people can push through their abuse in a way that redeems their abusers.

I appreciate and agree with everything you said but I think it's complicated. Not everyone is capable of what that gentleman accomplished. Not everyone is worth the effort. And while what he accomplished is without a doubt remarkable, 200 people over 30 years isn't going to change the here and now.

I argued with somebody on Facebook tonight that billionaires shouldn't exist and his whole argument was if rich people didn't exist nobody else would have jobs and they're rich because they work that much harder than everyone else and we just can't comprehend it...

As somebody who had squirrels living in their walls for years, fuck squirrels. They're the worst. They make awful sounds. They probably are the most untrustworthy rodents.

The key factor here is that the worthwhile information is what gets paywalled. The free misinfo spreads like wildfire not only because of malicious actors but also because the uninformed don't have access to anything but that sometimes. Also the whole Facebook/Meta thing drives me INSANE.

Having finished all of Silent Hill f I have to say that this is definitely the second best Silent Hill. Silent Hill 2 is still the goat but f is remarkable. 3 is only slightly behind f but I think f is better overall.
