Have some food. We're snowed in today. Crispy fried sweet and sour pork with rice and peas. Texture was really good, and I had to use up the peas, overall, great warm bowl of food. No complaints from me, and my roommate said it banged

Half strip, half ribeye steak au poivre, with frites, roasted garlic mash, and red pepper lime turnip tips and a balsamic glaze.

Breakfast sandwich consisted of a potato roll, light Kewpie, caramelized onion, shishito pepper, button mushroom, ginger soy honey gochugaru shortrib, applewood bacon, grease fried sunny side, habanero sriracha.

An evening of deliciousness, did some hot and spicy hotpot with LOTS of veg, Short Rib, and Sea Scallop, and takoyaki.
I cannot stress this enough, it is important that if you haven't had hot pot, it's time to get excited about soup. Trust me.
Take leftovers.
Combine.
Enjoy.
Cold night, vindaloo time.
No it's not traditional, no it's not "done right" but the basics are there, and it tasted good, and ultimately I really enjoyed it.
My kitchen smelled like heaven and I had a phat couple bowls.

I got out of work and zipped straight to the grocery store with one thing on my mind. Mac and cheese. And honestly, there was no disappointment when it came out of the oven. Oaxaca, cheddar, gruyere, Gouda, green hatch chili, Cheetos street corn and extra cheese topped. π₯΄
Good evening everyone. Here's a plate and a pup. Thanksgiving is complete. Turkey, garlic mash, stovetop stuffing (I'm lazy) cranberry sauce, roasted asparagus, pan fried green beans, honey roasted carrot, Hawaiian rolls. Turkey gravy, pie.
Time to sleep.

I've been known to give a go at some weird food trends. This one is actually one of my favorites. Big Mac tacos. Throw some meat on a tortilla, shredduce and diced onion, add the cheapest cheese possible, sesame seed and EMPHASIS on the Mac sauce. It pulls it together. π«‘
Light soy and garlic, chili oil and crunchies.
Springy, with good chew. Great snack.

I was reading about hand pulling thick noodles one night, so I gave it a shot, and was not dissapointed. I opted for a light sauce, I wish I thought to get green onions when I made these, as I think it would add nice color.
