Major contributing factor, but the breakthrough was a friend went through a very rare submissive streak and wanted to get a series of stories of him getting fucked by most of my guys and turning into copies of each of them. Reading him changing as my hellhound was balls deep in him and I went “Oh…”

I will admit I do enjoy turning someone into the species of whatever character I’m using as part of fooling around with them…

I blame one of my friends for me discovering that.
