A federal appeals court ruled Alina Habba, President Donald Trump's former personal attorney, is serving unlawfully as US attorney for New Jersey.

First, Lindsey Halligan. Now, Alina Habba.

This DOJ is breathtakingly incompetent, not just because it appoints idiots to cases, but because it is willing to break laws to appoint idiots to cases.

The so-called U.S. Attorney for New Jersey Alina Habba is serving in that position unlawfully.

She is an unqualified political hack and a complete disgrace.
