Some traditional art supplies are worth dropping the bank on, but on god Staples and dollar stores are a godsend for just getting bulk stuff to do rough work with

I tend to ratio my line weights on a 1:2:4 basis, though lately I've kind moved a smidge toward doing 1, 1.5, 2 and 3 pixel width, with the highest number being silhouette/outline. I'm always experimenting a smidge to figure out what I like best tbh, it's kind of a bad restless habit of mine lol
