Never heard of that. trans kids are currently being hunted down, outlawed, marginalized from social life, singled out in their own schools, and you're asking me about some hypothetical parent who might pressure a child into being trans so they might what? fit in better? transitioning as a child in- volves years of determination. every adult in their life is likely to cast doubt on who they are. if they are lucky and have supportive parents, their families are often ostracized by their community. the idea that someone sees the hardships a family with a trans child goes through and thinks "they must have forced it on them" makes me physically ill.

Living in the subarctic forest has its downsides, but I just observed a lynx in my yard for ten minutes. It triggered our chicken coop's motion activated lamp, so I could see it clearly even though it's 5am. Such a majestic beast.

I wouldn't say that we were friends, but we did talk several times. he first reached out to me in 2018 to offer a formal apology for the harassment and doxxing I suffered from 8chan. after that, he kept monitoring the forums, and would let me know whenever people were planning to cause trouble at my public talks and things like that. when I think about brennan's complicated story and legacy, I'm reminded how people can change. his change of heart inspired me to keep creating through hardships. I hope you rest in peace, fredrick. apologies accepted.

Huh. He personally apologized for how vile 8chan had been to me, around 2018. He also tipped me whenever 4chan or kiwifarms was doxxing me or family members. He certainly helped me not give up on humans.

It's impossible to turn on the radio without hearing some rando chiming in. The national broad- caster even published an interview with a jurist famous for his transphobia today, in which he goes on and on about how this could lead to a full-on social "crisis". The media'S insistence on portraying the most insignificant story about trans and non-binary folks as cause for indignation lays bare its role in exacerbating anti-trans sentiment by fanning the flames of hate for clout. stop using Trans lives as outrage factory fodder.

unfortunately I think that because it took another 140 years for former Acadia (NS, NB, PEI) to join Canada, that might be an obstacle, since 18th century Acadians were never Canadian citizens per se. however I'm sure some people are investigating this scenario on the Reddit community!

She replies : considering that with each passing day, the public sees how much of the anti-trans movement was engineered by the wealthy to fuel culture war hate on the back of a vulnerable community, I'd say we owe massive apologies to trans people. just this week, we learned that a decade ago, epstein suggested using trans rights as a wedge issue, and that jk rowling's team was courting him. we also learned that what we were told about the closure of the tavi- stock clinic, the only youth clinic in the u.k. for gender-affirmative care, was nothing but lies. rowling's pal hilary cass forced the clinic to close after reports of 1000 complaints from families. we learned this week that it only received eight over 10 years, mostly about delays. in the meantime, the health dep't has been concealing trans children suicide numbers, which we now know rose dramatically following the closure. The terrible idea was always to scapegoat trans kids.

We owe it to these kids to keep fighting for truth to prevail.
