It is 6PM ET in Indiana and Governor Mike Braun has still said NOTHING about Trump's announced tariffs. Braun just delivered his first State of the State address on Wednesday where he promised to bring prices down but these tariffs will increase prices and take away Hoosier jobs.

Nope, not according to Tawd (Todd Rokita, AG) Because terminated pregnancy records (TPRs) are required by IN statute, he says they’re public records. Some info on the TPR is redacted, but w/the small number of abortions now happening in the state, it’s easy to figure out the patients and providers.

Back in 2022, AG Rokita publicly attacked a doctor for providing abortion care to a 10-year-old rape victim. Rokita called Dr. Bernard an "activist acting like a doctor." For his attacks, he was "publicly reprimanded" by the Indiana Supreme Court for three violations of [2/10]

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita is making it quite clear that despite past professional conduct violations, he intends to keep politicizing his position on issues dear to him, like abortion. He seeks to change the disciplinary process to make his activism even easier.
