I had a daily schedule for my after school hours at work - Mon, planning, Tues - grad school work, Wed - make copies, etc. I also spent every Sun from lunch to dinner in the office doing grad work... basically, carve out specific times during the week that work for you and stick to them!

Submitted my final grad school assignment for my Gifted Endorsement, today! I'm so excited to have more time (and energy) for my kids!!!

A friend told me this once, and it helps me power through those really overwhelming times:
"There is a version of you that has survived/ gotten through/ accomplished that... you just have to catch up to them."
